Decorating the tree.
What a crazy busy but fun Christmas in D town. We got into town on the 19th and I hung out with Grandma and Grandpa Church for the first couple days because they were going to Phoenix to the Church's for Christmas. So for most of the holidays we got to hang out at Grandma Schmidt's. On the 21st I got to decorate the tree, and then was very excited to see it every time I walked into the room. I got to spend some quality time with my Uncle Tannin, Auntie Tommie, Auntie Jen, and Auntie Mandy. Uncle Tannin even got up with me one morning after having a little too much fun with Dad, thanks Uncle 'Tana'. We had a bunch of suppers, one at Grandma Schmidt's, then at Uncle Rob's, and then I even had a sleep over at Auntie Karen's while mom and dad went out to the Boxing day social. I got tons of present, and would like thank everyone for the awesome toys and stuff. We are heading back home tomorrow, and I don't know what I am going to do with only dad and Oscar. I have had so much fun here in Dauphin with all my family.

Have you seen my 'balls'?!?
We put the Christmas tree up on Sunday and I LOVE it. This video was taken two days later and as you can see I am still very excited about it. I haven't gotten close enough to touch it yet, but I like to stand a couple feet away and point out all the balls.
My First Solo
Grandma ad Grandpa Church came over this past weekend. We had lots of fun!! Hope you enjoy my piano performance.

Bonk!
Mom is very excited that she can almost put my hair in pig tails.
I really didn't like my butterfly suit.
Very sick with ear infections.
My new snow suit, again I don't like it.
Posing with my new clothes.
Eating by myself.
Well lots has happened since I was on here last. Grandma and Grandpa Church came to our house for halloween, but I was a big dud and didn't even stay in my butterfly suit. I helped dad hand out candy to all the kids instead. Not too long after that I got my first ear infection, YEAH! Mom and dad took me in quick though and caught it before it got too bad. I took my medicine like a champ. I've got lots of new tricks such as knowing where my hair, belly, nose, toes, and knees are. I am saying lot of words now (they might not be 100% accurate though) such as 'Read a book', 'It's a bunny', 'Dog', Daddy, Mom, Here I am, Where is it, and the best one BONK. I made it up when I was sick. It tells mom and dad when something hurts. And finally I have attempted to start eating with a spoon, so far so good.

12 Days till Halloween
Life has been pretty busy here for last the month. Dad is definitely in full swing at school with vball and jazz band in morning already starting. I've been to 3 volleyball games already this year and love playing with the 'boons' aka balls. Mom and I have started swimming classes and are still going to baby bumblebees, but now it is called the 'Gift of Words' and I definitely have the gift of babbling. As you all know it is 12 days till Halloween. Last year I was a duck and this year I've decided to go with the Butterfly. Actually all you Dauphinites you may get visit from me because I will be in Dauphin for Halloween this year. Cross your fingers.

My Redhead Temper
My doctor, who dad calls Dr. Lebowski, warned mom and dad about the fiery temper that I may have. It seems it is starting already. If I don't get what I want well I get mad by yelling, then have a breakdown and shortly after I get over it. The 'dude' suggested heavy drinking to mom and dad to cope with it.

My First Boo Boo
Don't be alarmed, it's looks worse than it was!
Few days later, a little more colourful.
Stop taking my picture mom!
Messing with the vacuum...I'm very helpful.
Sporting a curly mullet hairdo.(Inspired by my Uncle Brad:)
So everyone here has been really busy. Dad is back at school and coaching lots of volleyball. I have been to daycare at Cathy's house a few times now and I love it. I've learned some new words there, "tiny" (the dog there) and "bus" (the school bus is a major topic of conversation there). The weather here is still really nice so we're getting outside as much as we can because we know the cold and snow are coming. So many of you already heard that I wiped out and fell on some steps at my second full day at Cathy's. Mom freaked out a little, took me for my first trip to the Children's Emergency Room, but I was OK. I didn't really even notice my first boo boo, didn't slow me down at all.

Summer holidays have finally come to an end and Dad and mom have both gone back to work. We had a great summer seeing so much family and hanging out at the lake. Unfortunately it is back to reality and I even have to start daycare full time this week. I had couple test runs and really like playing with all the kids and the pug named puglsey. We'll see how a full day goes?!

Spoon anyone?
Trying out this spoon thing.
Going for the scoop....
close to the mouth.....
I'm so tricky.
I got to do this again?
Well it has been a great couple weeks here at home. Dad and I have been watching some serious Olympics and cheering on Canada as best we can. I even got to go for a swim at my friend Dean's house. I've been testing out this spoon thing lately. I don't have it mastered, but love to try. This weekend is going to be awesome because both of my Grandma's and Grandpa Church are coming to babysit while mom and dad go to a wedding. We are going to have a blast!!!

Happy Bday Dad
HAPPY 28TH BIRTHDAY DAD!!!!!! It was a rainy day today so for Dad's birthday we hung out inside. Dad and I have been spending a large amount of time together since mom had to work three nights in a row, so it was the Anna, Oscar, and Dad show. Yesterday we celebrated Oscar's 2nd birthday and we got him his favorite toy the "Orange Guy" and believe or not it's my favorite too.
Lovin the Lake
To wrap up our three weeks in Dauphin we headed out to lake for August long weekend. Uncle Brad, Auntie Kristin, Cousin Dean and Luke came out too for their last weekend in Dauphin. We had a blast celebrating Mom's birthday on the first of August, fire works on Saturday and nice night around the fire on sunday. I discovered I love the lake and hunting for rocks with Oscar.

WALKING!
After a week at work Mom, Dad, Oscar and I decided we needed a weekend up at the lake. The whole bunch of us Grandmas, Uncles, Aunties, and Cousins all stayed at the lake for 4 days. On Saturday July 5th I took 10 or so steps and then on Monday July 7th I became what my cousin Carter and Jameson like to call a 'biped'. Now mom and dad chase me everywhere.
Long time no see...

I'm ready for the beach
It has been a long time since I have updated my blog, but it has been a busy 6 weeks. The last week of June when Dad was finishing his last week of school Mom and I came to Dauphin to hang out with all my cousins. Uncle Brad, Auntie Kristin and Cousin Luke and Dean drove all the way up from Phoenix, 35 hours straight, they are nuts. We had a birthday party for all the cousins and everyone had a blast. Mom and I went back to Winnipeg the first week of July because Mom had to go back to work on the 28th of June. That means it's Dad, Oscar, and Me. Wish me luck.

Dean and I playing.
Opening Andy and Mark's present.
My Dora Ice Cream Cake!
I think I am hilarious with my new Okiedog.
Loving my purse.
I can't believe that is has been one year already. My birthday this year was on a Wednesday, and we had a little party. Alyssa, Dean, and Jacquie came over to play, and brought me a cup cake but I didn't like it too much. When Dad got home we went shopping for a few things and ended buying me some brand new Crocs with the money Greatgrandpa McDill and Greatgrandma Helen gave me for my bday. That night Mark and Andy came over with a sweet Dari Queen Ice Cream cake (I think dad was more excited than I was) and a awesome Okiedog toy. I got my Learning Shoes and Singing purse as a early present the weekend before from Grandma Tenley. I am obsessed with my new purse. Thanks Greatgrandpa McDill, Greatgrandma Helen, Mark, Andy, and Grandma Tenley for my gifts
